I jst put on weight recently. I am married for 7 months and since then i have gained weight, very fast.. i am 22 years old.

Since i have a advantage that i am tall.. My fats are not that obvious. But i jst hate myself being big.
I wana lose weight.. Now.. i mean from today.. i am gona take a cup of nescafe and 2 slices of bread for breakfast..Only 2 or 3 types of fruits for lunch and dinner.. No supper.
I reali hope i can workout like for an hr of brisk walking after i have cooked dinner around 9pm plus.
What do u think? Do u think i can lose weight?
By not doing workout and jst continuing on this kind of meals.. Do u think i can lose weight? I think my weight is 73kg and height at 1.73m
i wana go down to 55kg(my old weight wen i was 14 or 15 years old)!!

Do you eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper, normally? Why do you eat dinner after 9:00p.m.? At any rate, try eating some vegetables and fruit instead of one or the other. drink at least 3 glasses of milk a day. I believe if you only eat what you suggested, you will be too weak to take a brisk walk. You're lucky that you are a little taller than average and your little bit if extra weight doesn't show anyway. Unless your husband complains, I wouldn't worry about weight. It's normal to gain a little right after you get married. You will even out again naturally. Good luck.

No supper?? Now your crazi, becuz by not eatin dinner and then goin to sleep your bodi is w/o that food. So when breakfast comes along your bodi is even hungier then it was the day b4.

I kno you don't wanna hear this from a 17yr old. But I just started a diet fri. and I've lost 7lbs. so far. The first 3 days I ate only meat, salad with light italian dressing, and drink your water. Then after the 3 days you do 3fruits an egg for breakfast with mayo (light) and low cal bread. 1 snack, chicken breast, and salad. No carrots, just cucumbers, luttuce, and salad dressing. <===in the course of one day. MAKE SURE U DRINK UR WATER!!!
