A rhombus and a square are both parallelograms. Parallelograms are shapes with 2 pairs of parallel sides.

Rhombus:
-all 4 sides are congruent in length
-there are no right angles

Square:
-all 4 sides are congruent
-all 4 angles are right

You mean a 4-sided plane figure with 4 congruent sides? Because otherwise we can draw any kind of polygon with more than 4 sides where only 4 of them are of the same length.

But a 4-sided shape with all sides the same is a rhombus. To say "a square" or "a square or a rhombus" isn't necessarily correct, because a square is a special case of a rhombus.
