A brain has only so much scope, so technically no. You might think of what you think is the possible, or the irregularities of normality. In truth there are things that one cannot just expect. For example an alien landing in your house and teleporting you away. This is highly improbable so your brain would not count it, therefore it is unexpected.

exactly, its really just a load of crap invented to trick stupid people. It's meant to be taken in a really dumbed down term, like, you should expect what you normally wouldn't and all that, but when you think it over too much it really is just a stupid complexity.
