A figure with 4 sides and 4 right angles would be a rectangle. If the sides are congruent in length, the figure is a square.

If purely one set of things are parallel then no it couldnt be a sq. by using fact a sq. has 2 instruments of parallel factors. It sounds like a trapezium. the coolest & backside are parallel however the factors slope inwards.
