It's almost odd now when I hear a really intelligent person speaking and realize he or she is stringing together long sentences with multi-syllabic words containing interesting and provocative thoughts. I would be happy just to have an articulate president who had a passing relationship with the English language.

I think it does require more intelligence than the average door knob (which we don't even have now), but intelligence alone isn't enough.
It needs to be someone who isn't indifferent to morality, to the suffering of others, and who doesn't hate the Constitution.
Cheney? Why are you talking to him?
I'd prefer a human being.
