Frank Dodd appears in Cujo, The Dead Zone and It. "IT" is the book your looking for. All are set in Castle Rock.(Stephen King lives in Maine). He also writes under the pen name Richard Bachman, try reading Thinner, a good book. He also wrote Misery, The Dark Tower, and Christine, among others. He is married to Tabitha King, also a writer. Another good book is The girl who loved Tom Gordon (I think that's it). He is a baseball player, she gets lost in the woods. I've read all his stuff. Check out his website.

Wasn't he the serial killer cop in "Dead Zone"? It's a good book, you should read it. It was way better than that lame TV show with Anthony Michael Hall (good concept, poorly executed)!
