Because basically we are not supposed to rely on the grocery store for our food. We are able to grow our own natural foods or share with our neighbors. It makes you think about making it possible in your life to grow your own. Companies (think about it) don't have the same nutritional values that individuals have. Rather they are making business decisions. Sometimes when I am cooking... I add more of what's not so good to make my husband and daughter go "mmmmm!!!" If only a couple times of week. I guess that's what the chemists and cooks are doing at in the corporate food labs! ;-D

Of course so that they will not be boring to eat! and they will be more to enhance our appetite because if you will depend on its natural flavor alone! it is tasteless, thats why they decided to add flavor!
