1) Uthappa
2) Sehwag (I know he had a very bad year but who else does India has that was a good experienced opener?)
3) Dravid (I believe he has at least 4 more years left in the tank)
4) Karthik
5) Yuvraj Singh (Captain)
6) Mohammad Kaif (The forgotten one)
7) Dhoni
8) Pathan
9) Powar
10) Munaf Patel
11) Sreesanth

Since India is reluctant to use two spinners at the same time I guess the 12th man would be Harbajan Singh. But after looking at his recent performances, it looks like he's gonna be their 2nd option after Powar. Anyways I think they'll switch Harbajan and Powar in and out.

What do you think India's future lineup in the pathetic non-world cup tournaments is gonna look like?

8. Romesh Power (consistent)
9. Zaheer Khan
10. Munaf Patel
11. Ranadeb Bose (Highest wicket taker in Ranji &Deodhar)
12. C. A. Pujara (Saurashtra)
13. S. Badrinath (TN)
14. Rajesh Powar (Baroda_Left arm Spinner)
15. R. P Singh (UP)

time to look beyond mate.

Established players can play test cricket. They have to understand the ODIs have changed. Gone are they days of timings and one dimentional players.

Its all about power hitting now. Look at Pieterson, Symond, Hayden.... their miss hits are also going for 6.

Start Looking from a new angle. The older players may finding the new status of ODIs hard so start a new team and dont expect for at least 2 years. Groom them result will come.

I think Sachin and Ganguly will play for some more time and Dravid will continue to be the captain with Yuvaraj Singh as Vice Captain. No drastic changes are expected immediately and the changes will have to be made gradually in phased manner.
