Parents are truly 'till death do you part'. Anybody can pick up a new lover at any place at any given time. Lovers are like shoes. You replace them when they get worn.

It may varies according to each family background.Depend on ur upbringing whether u trust ur family more or outsiders.
For my case,I will leave my lover of course.My family will take me in anytime if im down in the drains.
Its ur intuition that matters.

my parents, I know it sounds weird but i have every reason to leave. I'm 18 years old and my dad has been beating me everday since i was 6. My boyfriend would never lay a finger on me. I know it sounds bad that i would chose my bf over my parents but i have my reasons. Maybe I wouldn't leave my mom behind

My lover 100%.He is my soulmate and the love of my life.I disowned my mother a year ago for him.No regrets.
