Energy realeased in a Nuke?

HI,
I was just wondering how much energy (roughly) if released in a fission bomb (hydrogen or Uranium/Plotonium - state which one though).

The energy is measured in tons of TNT
the minimum is .1 kilo tons
the maximum is 50 mega tons
the maximum size for a fission weapon is about 500 kilo tons
