We send some documents to this company however it was return to sender mail. the address was 123 SE 3rd Avenue, #342 Miami, Florida, 331331 USA.

I can't find any information for a company named the "American Offshore Corp." are you sure that you have the right name?

I am confused since there are no offshore corporations in the USA? Here is an article on offshore corporations:
