how do u change a law.....who do u need to contact? need info fast thanx

i'm not really changing a law, the info is for a report and i'm to stupid to figure the stuff out by myself

it is state law (PA)

It depends on if it is a Federal, State, or Local law. If your not in the US, there are probably similar levels. Get in touch with whatever legislative body passed the law in the first place. Try to convince them to change it. Convincing others to sign a petition requesting the change will help.

petition is about the only way a citizen can do it..
get enough names and thats the start..
getting enough letters and phone calls to
your representive is another way.. but hes only one vote
gettin all the people let all the reps know is the hardest and best way to get something changed..
gettin petitions to make some laws change via voting
there are other ways not so well talked about.
most call that bribes
