Amazing tapper: Stanley Jordan.

Look him up on youtube or something. Probably the best tapper in the world (by general concensus).

Or Zack Kim

And look up Buckethead on youtube too, he does a lot of 8-finger tapping too and some of it sounds like video game noises lol.

Tom Morello does a lot of tapping solos with Audioslave and his previous stuff with RATM

Also check out Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen, John Petrucci, Paul Gilbert

that's an extremely ough one...I play a real guitar, so i do not extremely do the air guitar aspect very in many cases....yet, the music I want I had the chops to play nicely is "i go homestead", by Ten Years After (Woodstock version)....That being reported, i'm advised in a lot of cases that I resemble Eric Clapton... Cheers

Layla - Eric Clapton
Knockin on Heaven's Door - Bob Dylan

And just get a chord chart and play around until something sounds good.

Old favorites that are easy to play on the guitar are smoke on the water by deep purple and horse with no name by america. I do not play but back in the day I could strum them on guitar.
