I used to work for Sears in the men's department and the interview was with that manager.
Just go into the interview relaxed and comfortable, but dress appropriately and conservatively for the occasion. It depends on whose doing the interviewing of course, but embellish a little on your part if you have to, which I did and that's how I got the job. Typically the questioning isn't on the spot, and I found most of the questions were the kind where you need to provide an answer they're going to like. The questions weren't particularly difficult and required little thought since I found a lot of them to be common.
Overall, I spent about an hour to an hour and a half with the boss, and was hired two days later. I remained there for four years.
By the way, definitely bring your resume. Always do that at any place because no matter how many times you may have mailed that to them, they really aren't going to have it in hand (plus it just looks good because it shows that you're prepared).

Be aware that they sometimes take the applications even if they arent hiring, and they dont tell you until you go through the hassle of getting ready and prepared for the interview. I went in after applying a second time (i ended up not taking the job after the first time) and they were like "...oh...we dont have any positions open, so just come back another time."
Anyways the first time I went in, they were very desperate for help. I went with just jeans and a nice shirt and got hired. It probably depends on where the Sears you applied at is. The one I applied for used to be an old Kmart, so they didnt really care about trashy appearances since it was a trashy place/neighborhood already. They just asked me about my previous jobs and it lasted for about 45 minutes. They just asked simple questions, and it just flew by. Good Luck!

Dress conservatively and neatly. Wear a shirt with a collar, not a pull over.
Arrive a little early and bring everything with you- such as a resume, notebook, pen, driver's license, etc.
There are lots of sites online to show the types of questions interviewers ask commonly.
Good luck!
