When ever I talk to this lady (she is a christian) about stuff she cuts me off right in the middle saying i gotta go when i start bringing up stuff about my situation. Does she do that because she don't wanna hear it or does she really gotta go? After the phone call i always feel aweful.

Next time you talk to her ask her at the beginning of the conversation if she has time to talk for a while. That way maybe she will take the time to talk to you. If she is a Christian, she should be willing to take the time to listen to you and try to help you out. Like I said next time just ask her when would be a good time to call so the two of you have a bit more time to talk.

She may not know what to say about the situation or how to solve the problem. Don't call her to talk to her about these things. Don't spend time with anyone who makes you feel bad.

If she does it more than once , I'd say she don't want to listen to You.
