I have notice this with women. You can't get to know a woman if unless they see you stay around them a lot ex. school, work, internet. Here's a better view of this situation I was out and doing my thing and met this woman and she acted like she was so busy so she had no time for me. Another day i meet her online a game and she asked to meet me since we close etc. I meet her and it's the busy woman and I was like what happened to other day when i spoke and she like things are different. So question is, is it really that females need to know you gonna be there before they give you consideration (like see you around them a lot) before you get to know them or is this just certain females?

Obviously the more time you spend with a woman the more comfortable she is with you. It takes time and getting to know what someone is like to develop a sense of trust in that person. So many times people are just talk and don't really mean what they say. Maybe she's waiting to see if you will stick around and if you are sincere in wanting to get to know her. Be patient and spend some time with her, be there when you say you will be and eventually things will move forward. It's smart in this day and time to get to know someone first and sort of see what they;re like before getting involved with them. If you are interested, be patient with her.

Too smart for your own good? I doubt that.
Do females need to know you're going to be there before they give you consideration? No, not all females, just the ones that are decent and/or looking for long-term possibilities. There are skanks who will hang around any guy any time.
