Water is great when you are really really thirsty...Soda is good to have with pizza or subs and juice is good to have with breakfast...

Juice, it has water IN it plus, if it is a naturally flavored juice, it has vitamins and minerals in it that your body needs.
Never soda though, that can cause so many problems, specially diet soda.

Depends what soda, something like Pepsi/Coke soda is better. In cases like root beer-water is better. Orange juice is good too.
