All I know is that Chic-fil-A restaurants and Super-Lube car service centers are closed on Sundays in Tallahassee, Florida. They are the only companies to my knowledge that observe any day traditionally associated with Christianity.
I would assume that movie theaters will be open on Good Friday---the day commemorating the death of Jesus Christ for my sins and for those of every other Christian.

I dont know why they wouldnt be..I thought Mel Gibson's Passion movie was open last Good Friday

yes, they are actually open on Thanksgiving and Christmas too.
