compressible, flows, not dense, poor conductor, poor insulator I'm not going to go on though because i imagine some genius will come by with a great answer.

In what context? I suppose these are five:

1. Gas at room temperature
2. Mixture of gases: 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen and 1% other
3. Can be liquified in liquid nitrogen
4. Poor thermal conductor (double glazing)
5. Poor electrical conductor

It has capacity for water, up to saturation (fog)

It contains multiple gasses: nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, etc.

It is transparent to light

It has capacity for heat (independant of the heat of the water it might contain)

It iscompressable

It has mass.
