You certainly can. I did that to get dual head on my low end desktop at work for a while. Now what you can't do generally is use the onboard video card (the one integrated into the motherboard) and an AGP card. I never tried the onboard and the PCI to get dual heads but it seems like that should work. I guess it switches between onboard and AGP but won't allow both.

there are utility programs which will assist you in your endeavor.....one is called VIVID which alls you to create and switch vitural desktops, settings, and run seperate programs, and all ya have to do is toggle between them, kind of like a KVM switch...i 'm not real sure about a pci graphics card...there's pci express and agp and the intergrated on the mobo .....pci i don't know...sorry...have a rainbow-kind-of-day
