they make some suppositories that work very well. please note: however much they may look like an ordinary pill, DO NOT take them ORALLY!!!!!

I can tell you that a hydrocortisone topical cream is what you need to get. Proctosol specifically is very good medicated cream that I can gaurantee will solve your problem. Ask your doctor about it he'll explain all you need to know and write you a script. I would not recommend surgery on a something like that because it is not neccessary to risk an infection when this cream is so much more effective. Surgery can also leave scars.

You can get a creme to use at the chemist.
You should ask your doctor to remove them - they can inject them with a chemical that dries them up and they don't bother you anymore. Or they can put teeny rubber bands on them and they fall off.
Hemorrhoids are swollen blood vessels that bulge with consistant excess force. Birth or pushing to hard when going to the toilet is the most common causes for hemorrhoids.
It's embarassing, but if they cause you enough discomfort, you will do something about getting rid of them.

capitalized hemorrhoids are the worst I usually use a carrot peeler or some close relative to check them out, if they are not too bad I will take them to some carpeted area a scoot along on my butt,,eea eee a ee a
