I don't think I'd have a whole lot of other options, do you?
Shelters will only take you during certain times & you can't get a job without an address.
Shelters for women are a great concept, but if you don't have children, you are booted out for those who do. They fill up fast and more often than not you will end up on the streets for the night.
By begging at least I could possibly get myself a room at a flea bag motel.

i would have to beg to save up the money to buy a marker so i could properly beg with a sign.... actually begging would be a last resort if things didn't work out in a shelter.

I live in England, work in a big city, in construction. It's quite well-paid, and you don't need too much to get started in it. At lunchtimes, I see big, healthy guys sat on their back-sides, doing nothing, often smoking, sometimes weed, and drinking beer, asking for change...
The change has to come from inside them.
I could be like that, if I wasn't the work-committed individual I am. I like to work, to be rewarded for it, my wife also works hard, we are not rich, but soon we will be secure.
All you have to do is apply yourself.

Hmmm a very good question, although it is wrong I'd probably steal to survive and that was'nt an option then yes I'd beg :(

NO ! I could never beg on the streets. And i dont care how desperate people are there really is no need for it - (besides which alot of the people begging are just spending that money on ............................................................... I dont know what I dont want to look like a *** Im a liberal. I voted green last time.

Yes - I watched a study on those guys and on average where I live in Sothern California they make about 20$ an hour!

no, i am too resourceful. i would build a ship and navigate to an island where money had no meaning and i would live off the land.
or i would go to a local shelter for assistance, food/shower clothing to look for work....
i could not beg.
