Well, for starters, you'd better know that Paris WASN'T "a Greek God." He was a Trojan and decidedly mortal:
"Paris was the son of King Priam of Troy and his wife Hecuba. Hecuba had had a dream about the great trouble her unborn child would cause, so when Paris was born, instead of raising him, she ordered him to be exposed on Mt. Ida. Normally exposure of an infant meant death, but Paris was lucky. He was suckled by a bear and then raised to adulthood by a shepherd.
An apple had been given to the most beautiful goddess by Discord. The goddesses couldn't decide among themselves and couldn't prevail upon Zeus to decide who was most beautiful, so they went to Paris. The three goddesses who were vying for the honor were Athena, Hera, and Aphrodite. Each goddess offered something of great value as a bribe. Paris chose the gift of love from Aphrodite. She rewarded him by making the most beautiful mortal, Helen, wife of Menelaus, fall in love with him. Paris then abducted Helen and took her to Troy, thereby starting the Trojan War.
With some divine help, Paris killed Achilles and was later fatally wounded by one of Hercules' arrows."

Paris, king Priam of Troy's youngest son and Hector breaker of horses brother. Paris was aboned at birth in the mountains and raised by someone else. Paris was required to chose which three godesses was more beautiful (Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite by giving them an golden apple. Each bargained with him but in the end he chose Aphrodite(goddess of love) because she promised him a beautiful lover but left out she was already married. He then stole Helen of Sparta from King Menaluis. Menalus then sent Agamemnon and Achilles to Troy to get back Helen. Helen is offten referred to as the face that launched a thousand ships because one thousand ships from Greece went to Troy in Asia Minor or present day Turkey. Achilles was killed even though he was imortal because he was hit in his heel were he was not dipped in the river STYX. Odysseus then took his place. Odysseus left the day his son Telemachus was born. Odysseus was king of Ithaca and had a beautiful wife named Penople. Helen was taken back and Odysseus defeated Troy by the use of the Trojan horse.
