I have always loved Bridge Over Troubled Waters. And of course Sounds of Silence is great as well as Kodachrome, Cecilia, and the Boxer. Well, all of them are good....

A Hazy Shade of Winter is my all time favorite, but the Boxer always has a space in my heart, as will Bridge over Troubled Water. But Parsley Sage, Rosemary and Thyme, Good Friends and Bookends, and For Emily are all prettu far up there too.
And If we go into their solo stuff (which we're not, but whatever) then I absolutely adore Boy In The Plastic Bubble.
It's hard to choose.
