Assuming your from the US, then i would recommend coming down to Australia and hitting the snow fields. The nightlife rocks and you get to meet people from all over the world who are only interested in having a great time.

Cancun or Punta Cana. Prestine beaches, very active nightlife, affordable rates.

Shhhh! BEst place to go INSIDE the US is san fran cali....HOT parties.
But OUTSIDE...heres my BIG secret...go to Jamaica. If you want nonstop fun for the whole week...hit it up!!

Cabo but it's not that much of a secret. Still it's not over crowded, and it is MEXICO.
