It's not healthy because your breakfast was TINY and you only ate 3 meals!! A healthy diet is several small meals a day, breakfast being the biggest one.

It's genuine that raw fruits and veggies have extra vitamins. We started cooking foods for a intent although. Uncooked vegetables are not as without difficulty digested. Cooking truely aid liberate probably the most vitamins and make it accesible. I'm not definite which offers more nutrition to the physique. I suppose for some nutrients, it can be a internet expand, whilst others it is a lost when cooked. The other intent we prepare dinner food , is to kill pathogens. It's even worse, now with manufacturing unit farming. One contaminated lettuce can contaminate an whole lot of lettuce. By the way, how will you get proteins. I suppose nuts, however are attempting eatting a uncooked bean. Even shuckies aren't that pallatable raw. I assume that you may devour spouts. If your a vegetarian, You mustn't worry about maximizing your nutrients. In some coutries, they do compromise. They might put the vegetable in a boiling water for a quick dip. It might kill the bacterias on the surface, at the same time the inside could be nonetheless uncooked. I strongly advocate you do that for green onions.

In my opinion if your exercising correctly the foods you eat should be balanced. I do not believe you should ever cut out carbs since carbs are energy that keep your metabolism going and allow you to loose weight in the first place. Having that said I think that if you exercise daily and eat balanced you should have no problem. By that I mean eating from all of the food groups. Moderation is all you have to worry about. As long as moderation is considered when eating foods you should be able to eat anything. If your exercising along with it you should have no problem maintaining, or loosing weight. In conclusion, I do not think that is a healthy diet and you should change.

Yes there is.
Did you know that the REAL definition of a diet is just whatever a person eats? Society has made diet into CHANGING how you eat.
Yes there is a healthy "diet". The USDA recommends the following:
*2-3 serving dairy
*2-3 servings of poultry, meat, eggs, or nuts
*3-5 veggies
*2-4 fruits
*6-11 grains(try to eat WHOLE grains)
It seems impossible. I think it is, lol

I have learned that about the most healthy diet one can be on a get the results that you want is a basic diabetic diet. Most people with diabetes just eat healthy. I talked to a dietition at my local hospital free of charge and she gave me a food pyramid that gave me the exact amounts for each food group to eat. she also helped me decide how many calories I should eat each day and how many fat grams I should have each day. after that it was as easy as eating and walking and I lost 11 lbs the first month. What you are doing is not as bad as I have done in the past, but it is still not as healthy as it should be. Do yourself a favor and go talk to a dietition in the hospital cafiteria at your local hospital.

That's a good diet.
Might want to elaborate more on your exercise. It wasn't specific enough

That's a healthy diet, for sure!!!! Just as long as that was enough to eat and you're not starving, and as long as those foods aren't calorie and fat loaded.
