You have chosen a very hard word to rhyme with, it does not even have any thing that may sound like it...
Buddies is about it!
You may have to change the word Studies to something else...
L-aureate of knowledge in all her wisdom
A-lways, I hope, she ....

boy that wont work.....

what about...

L-aureate of knowledge in all her kingdom
A-lways, I hope, she keeps this wisdom.

kingdom = a domain in which something is dominant
wisdom= the trait of utilizing knowledge and experience with common sense and insight

i have to say that i do not feel that the word buddies fits in with your choice of other words, it kind of lowers the tone of the poem, which is very classy and extremely good.

i like the person above mes answer also...

L aureate of knowledge and all that she learns (change and for in)
A lways our highest approval she earns

now my brain is awake and i will not be able to sleep...lol

Uh, cruddies?

Buddies, fuddy-duddies...uh...

Try one of these lines instead of your "L" line:
Laureate of studies, she always excels
Laureate of studies, a most high achiever
Laureate of studies, a most clever mind
Laureate of knowledge, the most clever mind

Those are easier to find rhymes for.
