Okay, first some background;
I had my baby 4 months ago and am now on the birth control patch. I should have had my period by yesterday, but i'm known to be a little out of wack on occasion...
But today I leaked out of both breasts. No, I am not lactating or breastfeeding, i've been dry for at least two months now, and calling the doctor isnt much of an option because i'm in the process of looking for one, thus, no one to call.

I took a test...I saw what -might- have been a line....not sure. Going to wait and take another in a few days.
It's good to know that leaking can be normal even after 'drying up', so thanks!

A baby only four months ago? Well, if your breasts are stimulated even a little bit they could very well go into milk production all over again. :) Were you especially active sexually over the last few days? Did you do a lot of cleaning, folding of laundry, lugging boxes or groceries around where you might have held things close to your chest a lot? Believe it or not, even your baby crying may cause you to produce and "let down" again.

So here's the deal. I think you are fine, but maybe you could give an advice nurse a call just to set your mind at ease?

My daughter is 15 years old and now and again during a particularly hormonal month and maybe a bit more sex than usual, I can still produce a bit of milk, not enough to even think about nursing, but if I were to begin pumping even three times a day, i could start a full production all over again.

Normal. I leaked for around 5 or 6 months after giving birth. It will eventually stop.

I had a friend who leaked a little every few months for a year after having her baby. It could just be residual milk. It's more common than you would think.

Is there any chance you could be pregnant again?

My girlfriend leaked while she was pregnant, in the first few months. Have you taken a test?
