Biafel is actually exactly right.
An American dollar is worth the same everywhere. It would be pointless if your dollar was worth more and less in different places.
If you want the country where your dollar buys the highest number of the native currency, that's a different question (and sort of useless, it's still just a dollar but instead measured in the other currency instead of in dollars).
If you want the place where a foreign currency has gained the most value against the dollar you would have to give a base point to measure from.
So in summary, an American dollar is worth the same everywhere. Change or update your question if you really mean something else.

American money is american money man. Its worth the same all the time. It can be converted, to be equivalent to other countries' currencies. You can convert cash at airports, or online.

I am not sure whether I have understood your question.Maybe in some African or Asian countries like Indija for example, or China where for the same amount you can buy more goods than in The USA.

Last I heard it was about a million turkish lira to a dollar. If not there, I'd guess zimbabwe, mugabe's gonna make their money worth less than toilet paper.
