Tequila and a very sharp needle. Seriously...I pierced my own nose & have never had it get infected, nor have I ever had any other problems with it. What do you suppose all the punk rockers in the 70's did, before there was a tattoo/piercing shop on every other corner? It really doesn't hurt either - until it comes to the very end - that last twist of the needle is a killer.
Hence the tequila.

Well first you get a phone book or get on the internet and find a nice clean PROFESSIONAL piercing parlor. Do not try to pierce anything by yourself. It's incredibly dangerous. Just shell out the extra money and get it done right.

go to a professional. my friend tried to pierce her nose at home with a safety pin and ended up ripping the right side of her nose. she had to get surgery to get the nose put back together. it was a whole ordeal and she's a lot wiser from it to say the least.

DONT do it yourself if your serious about getting a piercing then go to a professional.. Youll only mess up or do it and it get infected.. etc.

You don't do it yourself, for god's sake. Go to a professional piercing shop or tattoo parlor and have it done, and make sure the shop is clean.

go to a professional piercer and have it done with a needle.
you should NEVER try to perform body mods on your own.
spend the $30-$50 and have it done right, and save yourself the pain of infection or rejection.

OK, listen to me! Listen closely! Honestly, when you are 35 and have a family and maybe kids or watever do you seriously want to have a nose peircing? Don't do it! Kay' Don't do it. If you turn 35 and you still want it, ok fine. But babe, don't do it now!

freeze it with ice and a lot of it grab a big needle and go to it , just try not to scream to much, then get a stud and fill in the bloody hole

Use something sharp like a needle. Push it through then put the stud in (if you're a punk use a safety pin instead of a stud)
