I think.... you need to back up to where you left him... as you go past, he should get up from the ground, and all the mime stains should disappear because... when a mime goes backwards, everything that just happened unhappens.... just keep backing untill he's gone again, then take another route!!!
You'll be mime stain free in no time at all!

you might want to try that product that JUST came out and Billy Meyers advertises for it. you know, the one that protects your car from burning tar, fire, and if its as good as they say it is, they MIMES!!! hehehehehehehehehehehehe
