yes i was, at the age of 11, at a bank opening, one of the LARGE umbrellas covering a table top flew in a gust of wind and struck me in the right upper part of my chest...it hurt like hell...had a mighty weight to it. I was scarred for years from it physically....but I never thought that i would be asked this questin......and THAT is my answer!....Admittedly I was stymied to see it in text...& btw, the umbrella was opened.

Suprisingly yes. Once on a windy and rainy day, me and my friend were at school and she was holding her umbrella over us. Then it flew away because of the wind. We started chasing after it but it was too late. So later on, it came back and hit me in the head. It was open. Oddly it didn't hurt at all. lol

Open. Last week, this painted-on-fake-frumpy chick was pacing back and forth on the side walk TOTALLY UNAWARE OF HER SURROUNDINGS in her stilletos and wacked me in the head. I said, "uhh, that kind of hurt", gave her a dirty look and walked on. She yelled out sorry, but when I didn't give her an "ohhh, it's ok", she yelled: "WHATEVER B*TCH". Some arseholes. I called back: why don't you go dunk your head in a bucket of make-up huh??......ok, I didn't actually yell that, but I wanted to. I just laughed. But, I mean, SHE clipped ME. I thought I was bleeding for pete's sakes. So, *sigh*, yeah, the umbrella swat, clip, poke. Kind of pet peeve of mine. Especially those big suckers. I mean, seriously, do ya really need a 20 foot long umbrella??

Opened but the other direction. this is exactly how the umbrella looked

yea. it was opening at the time.
This guy with this fat huge umbrella opened it right next to me, and not only did i get hit with it, i also got wet.

the point...right in the area of my backside. and the bad thing...i had just had a bone marrow biopsy and was in pain and it hurt and it was hanging out of an older ladies grocery cart...she kept sticking me until i rteached around and grabbed the cart...rest of story by mail doll...mom has a temper when pushed

Yes and it was closed. This old lady beat me to the ground and wouldn't stop.
