Why do Kazoo players always have the reputation as "the untalented one" in the band?

That Kazoo ain't gonna blow itself!

I am not sure--any time I go see a band it is for the Kazoo player alone

Well I'm sure it does take talent to play the Kazoo, but it is a really annoying sound to me. It doesn't do anything for me. Just my opinion, there are probably a lot of people out there that love the sound. Not!!!

I completely agree! In a band its not how talented the players are, its how the music weaves together to create something beautiful!
