History will judge Pres GW Bush as one of the greatest presidents in history- He had the courage to go after our enemies, rather than wait for them to attack us. He brought freedom to Iraq. He deposed saddam Hussein, a tyrant that was on the level of Hitler or Stalin. Rather than support Pres Bush and the troops. liberals undermine him and the troops at every opportunity. Why do liberals hate GW Bush much?
Like children, liberals engage in projection-They accuse the right of having their own negative traits. Clinton was a liar so libs call Bush a liar. Clinton was a draft dodger, so the call Bush a draft dodger. Clinton did nothing to stop Osma Bin laden, so liberals claim Bush did nothing to stop Osma bin laden. Clinton was fiscally irresponsible,so they accuse Bush of being fiscal irresponsibile.Liberals are communists- they hate capitalism- Could their hatred of Pres bush be anger over Clinton's justified impeachment- or could it be somthing as simple as liberals hating freedom?

I can't believe how crazy some of you are. How does "liberals want to see America fail" even come out of your mouths? How does spewing all this partisan crap make you any better, or any less extreme than the "communist" (?!?!) liberals???

We disagree with him! Just like you disagree with Democrats! The fact that you can't listen to anyone else's point of view on what's best for America is frightening - and arrogant. Oh my god, we don't agree with you! We must be crazy extremists who want to take America down from the inside. You're nuts, take the tinfoil off your head.

I find it so amusing to read Republicans describing liberals as power hungry people who can't tolerate people with beliefs that differ from their own!?! ...and calling them "sheep" (my personal favorite!)? Do you understand how extreme that is? I'm a liberal (obviously) and I would never just generalize a whole group of people so extremely! I'll disagree with people whose ideals I'm aware of, but just to throw a blanket over everybody is just close minded and ignorant.

I absolutely love and admire this post. This is because I feel no need to even offer any "truthiness" here. It speaks loud and clear for itself. Plus I believe that any facts I may produce to counter this argument will meet many brick walls. Many have already presented appropriate responses, so I'll leave it at that.
I am a liberal and I do not hate republicans, nor do I hate Bush. My fiance is a soldier who has been on two combat tours in this "freedom spreading war on terrorism."
But, I think it is so sad that his presidency has brought this type of empty rhetoric out into the open guised as "patriotism."

P.S. All politicians are liars - that's just called being a politician.

I'm not a liberal, but I hate his foreign policy moves.

I really dislike his current attempt to instill democracy in a country that has ethnic issues that go back 1400 years with the Shea (shi'ites) and the Sunni's.

This also doesn't account for the Kurds who don't have a real voice in this squabble.

Kissinger also stated Sunday that Iraq is worse than the problems Viet Nam has and there is no way a military solution will correct this.

I and many other people who know the country of Iraq knew this since the first Iraq war.

I don't dislike Bush, I dislike his governing. As a person he's a very loyal man to his friends.

PS. It takes ZERO courage to send other men to fight in a foreign land with nothing personal at stake but poll numbers. If one of his kids were there, then he'd have courage.

He brought freedom to Iraq? Have you talked to anyone who's been over there? Other than in the Kurd dominated north, freedom is nonexistent. Religious extremists have taken over where the Baathists left off!

He had the courage to attack our enemy? Then why aren't we in Western Pakistan, where OBL and the Taliban are living it up?! Why haven't we attacked Saudi Arabia, home of 19 of the 9/11 terrorists? If anything we have given terrorists the biggest gift possible: even more reasons for recruitment, and a formerly well-controlled coutry that is now a madhouse free-for-all, a terrorist's dream!

Kid, read a news report! You are not living in reality! We hate GWB as much for the blown opportunites (it would be nice if Iraq were a democracy but htat's a pipe dream now) as for his destruction of civil liberties!

does Bush hate liberals,,, he thinks history will take 40 years to judge him,, who are the enemies that attacked the US on 9-11,, Bush stopped the hunt for the worlds #1 terrorist,,, almost as soon as it began,,Saddam was a bad guy who tortured and killed his own people in the 1980's,,,
it's 2007 now,, he's dead,,, hanged,, undermining the troops,, was sending them to invade daddy's enemy,,, without proper equipment or body armor,,,
Clinton lied about his sex life,,,
Bush lied to the American people about the business of the people,, like war and peace,, truth and justice,,
Bush was AWOL,, he is worse than a draft dodger, like Cheney and his 5 deferments,,, he's a criminal,,,
Clinton was not the president on 9-11-2001,, GWB was,,, the USA had 8 years of peace and prosperity under Clinton,, Bush has fiscally and morally bankrupt the nation,,, if you would look up the meaning of liberal in the dictionary,,, it would behoove you,,,
does Bush oppose NAFTA,,,,
Clinton was not impeached,,,, Republicans failed to get him out of office,, instead they filled Americas children with sensationalism,,, sex between two consenting adults,,,
the GOP has failed,,, freedom reigns in America,,, Democrats are in charge, the liars in the Republican party are going down, the child predators, the male prostitutes, and other criminals in our own Department of Justice, all the presidents men are falling from grace with him and the GOP,,,,
Bush-Cheney await impeachment for treason, they betrayed their own country.

Those are good questions. It is irrational and so defies easy explanation. I would assume that it has something to do with fear that they are not in the clear majority and some evil republican might enforce some sort of morality on them. Maybe they think he is an idiot because he believes in God. It could be as simple a Bronco's fan not liking Raiders. I could see how someone could disagree with Bush as I have many disagreements. The guy seems like a wonderful human being though which is rare for presidents and politicians. Hating him as a person is just weird.

Probably for the same reason conservatives hate him as well, or democrats, or the green party or the majority of the people on earth. Because he is turning into a dictator who is a president. think about this for a moment. He talks about how "we" the American people as well as congress should listen to the generals in Iraq, because they are the ones that know exactly what they need. Then Bush fires the generals that don't agree with his policy and puts in generals that follow his word to the letter. Then he asks for the 9/11 commission to do a study of the reasons for the 9/11 attacks and what needs to be done to prevent them in the future. Then when they give him their responses (they were both democrats and republicans) he says "NO" he's not going to follow their recommendations, such as using diplomacy and actually talk to the people involved in the war. He's going to do it "His" way. End of story. When I was going to school, the term that was used for a person like that was called a, "Hypocrite". That's why he is hated.

LOL.

Yep, I hate Bush because Clinton went through an impeachment hearing? LOL.

Okay, you are delusional.

Bush has been spoken of as one of the worst presidents (by the experts - not Fox News) ALREADY, and his term isn't even up!

Bush hasn't done anything to quell terrorism. If anything, it's worse because of the Iraq nightmare...but I'm wasting my time on deaf ears.

In 20 years, when we are still in Iraq, you may think twice about your love for the Bush regime.

Look, i didn't vote for clinton, he deserved what he got. But the GOP went way too far for a bl*wjob and not far enough when it comes to bush lying to congress and the American people for going to war. Clinton lied to congress and the American people over a bl*wjob. Bush lied to congress and the American people over WMD's and he cooked the books on intelligence when it comes to going to war with Iraq. Both lied and both deserved impeachment. But the fact remains if the president lied to bring us to war, it is a criminal act that is considered treason according to the Constitution of the United States.
