Don't ruin it! I always do at the end of a day :(
Go get one of those lean cuisine type asian rice dinners and spice it up with some chili pepper or lime juice.
Pretty filing, and I'm a skeptic.
Go for it-it seemed to work for me when I ate those.

Turkey burger on a whole wheat bun. With tomato, lettuce a small amount of mayo and ketchup. Have a nice salad on the side.

A good low-fat high-veggie soup for dinner
salad with a touch of vinaigrette
fruit salad for dessert, served in a half a cantaloupe w/o seeds. Very low in calories!

strawberries and a glass of milk for a snack and a huge hearty salad with the works and a glass or wine. make sure to add those buttery crackers!!!

What ever you decide to eat, eat an apple 15 mins before. It helps digest the food better and can save those calories from "sticking".
Also, it will help curb your appetite so you eat less. ;)

some ideas, just eat in proportion
-Pasta, grains, rice, beans, whole grain breads
-Fresh vegetables and salads
-Lean meats, chicken, and fish
-Substitute beans, peas, or lentils for protein sources if you prefer
-Limit intake of high-GI starches - baked or instant mashed potatoes,
instant rice, boxed stuffing mixes, processed white breads
