Years ago I saw where Tom Metzger and Louis Farrakhan had allegedly had a meeting and from this meeting they had decided on a plan to divide the US into racially distinct territories. Would it bother anyone, and if so why or why not?
This is obviously a scenario that will never happen, but since there seems to be alot irreconcilable differences between the races, I thought I'd get your thoughts.
Here's the thing in this scenario all things are agreed upon by chosen leaders (just assume they were) and both sides were happy with the land they got, and go from there. And before you start I am also aware that Tom M. and Louis F. aren't spokesmen for the races.

Ok.....no explanation of how that would be worse in your opinion, but noted.

Thank you cyberhavoc for that interesting perspective. It is appreciated. And I agree, as a whole American's are spoiled, and I forgot to add that in the map they drew the American Southwest was given over to the Hispanic people. The only people that didn't get anything were Asians and Native American's. Go figure.

Its not an urban myth: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_supremacy
They had alot of interaction. Of course it amounted to nothing. Its not a myth, its just that they are not important or influential people for the most part.

I wouldn't like it, I like having friends from all races. I don't feel any irreconcilable difference with anyone, not to mention millions of people I don't even know. I think Farrakhan and Metzger both need help.... They're obsessed with race and have transferred their obsession to maybe tons of people.

i think there would be unrest in any place. look at the Jews and the Arabs. that goes back to the bible. i just assume go back to Mexico where i'm from , because i pretty much think that people in the USA are spoiled and appreciate nothing anyway. i been here for 32 yrs and i am legal. half of Americans have never seen a real ghetto or slums anyway, because to see that, means that you recognize outside the world, not just your own back yard. it's insulting to me that people will sat they come from a ghetto but for me, i was born in a room with a cactus and no water, and a dirt floor where women are murdered for walking alone at night. 400 dead. so it wouldn't matter where you go, racial issues and unrest follow and since people even hate on their own kind, it wouldn't improve much anyway. just my opinion.

This whole things sounds like an urban myth.
What a boring place this would be if we were all the same. I hope the US never becomes so divided. The world is a racially diverse place.
Being racially diverse is a big advantage for the US. We are no limited by one world view or hidebound by tribal or ethnic traditions that prevent advancement. We need to be as smart and flexible as we can be to compete economically against other countries.

The reason this is such a silly idea is that it has no "edges"; we already 'naturally' divide ourselves in so many ways, that such a system would cause MORE problems, not less. The "all-Black" fifth of the country would soon divide into wealthy African-Americans and poor African-Americans, and there would be conflict along the "border". The same would happen in the Hispanic, Asian, & Caucasian segments.
And where are we going to put all the people smart enough to see the beauty in a partner of another "ethnicity"?
The only solution to "racial" problems is to give tax breaks to "mixed-race" couples that breed. "Race" issues will go away, and eventually we will ALL be better-looking!
P.S. For anyone who dislikes this idea because they are "proud" of their race, get over it, that makes as much sense as being "proud" your name is Lenny or Sarah. You had NO control over it, what's to be "proud" of?

It should be. If blacks don't go back to Africa; then they should all be forced to live in Miss and AL. Free land as reparations.

We'll always have problems, but it's not their choice to make. By seperating people into districts it only further isolates us from eachother and makes the problem worse.
