This mainly depends on how you compose the email. If you use an HTML based email program, then if it shows on the page in your program it will do the same on most of everyone else. An alternative is to put the picture on an on-line file site like photobucket and then insert a web image into your email. The downside with this though is most modern browsers require you to permit an email to download pictures hosted elsewhere

this should be the next revolution for email sending. For now, try locating the gif image on tumber or imageshack or whatever then see if it works

in your e amil you go up and hit attach, look in the area you have it and once you find it double click it it will go ot your e mail rather it is a photo or a working gif

that depends on what your email client is
if you're using outlook express click in the windows you're writing you email in then on the mail menu bar click insert >picture then browse for the picture

If you are talking about Outlook Express then just click on "Insert" "picture." It will then take you to "browse" and you can pick your picture and it will be automatically inserted in body of email.
In Yahoo you you need to go to "options" "preferences" and "compose"then "compose mail as hmtl and graphics....etc.
You will find what you want in there.
