No, he wouldn't. Not because of tradition but because he of the principle of not causing a weaker brother in the faith to stumble. The Bible teaches that, with Christ fulfilling the law, believers are free to eat whatever they please and not be concerned, except if they are in the presence of someone weaker in the faith who may not understand the freedom from the law that Christ brought to us.

Jesus wouldn't celebrate Easter; he'd celebrate Passover. Pork isn't kosher, so Jesus, if he lived at all, certainly would NOT eat it.
WWJD is a nice idea, but the celebration of Passover is about when we (the Jews) were slaves in Egypt. If you aren't Jewish, the holiday really doesn't apply to you. Better to celebrate your own holidays and make the most of them!

Mark 7:14-23 (New International Version)
14Again Jesus called the crowd to him and said, "Listen to me, everyone, and understand this. 15Nothing outside a man can make him 'unclean' by going into him. Rather, it is what comes out of a man that makes him 'unclean.' "
17After he had left the crowd and entered the house, his disciples asked him about this parable. 18"Are you so dull?" he asked. "Don't you see that nothing that enters a man from the outside can make him 'unclean'? 19For it doesn't go into his heart but into his stomach, and then out of his body." (In saying this, Jesus declared all foods "clean.")
20He went on: "What comes out of a man is what makes him 'unclean.' 21For from within, out of men's hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, 22greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. 23All these evils come from inside and make a man 'unclean.' "
Jesus did celebrate Passover during his earthly life; the Last Supper was probably a Passover seder. However, Jesus is clearly stating that it's not food that makes a person unclean, but attitudes. Also, when Jesus was dying on the cross, he said, "It is finished." He had fulfilled the Law of Moses, so we don't have to.
I don't think Jesus would have eated ham during his earthly life, but in his resurrected life, why not, if he wants to?
I believe we Christians are free to celebrate Passover, to acknowledge it, or to ignore it as we see fit. Same for Easter, or any other holiday. The only celebration we're commanded to perform is the bread-and-wine ceremony (which is Passover-based, I believe), equating the foods with Jesus' Body and Blood.
I was planning to go to a Passover celebration at a synagogue if I could, but I've come down with a chest cold, and I don't want to be coughing up all over someone's seder.
Happy Passover! Happy Easter! He is risen!

Probably not.. In fact I don't think Jesus would ever eat ham. The old testament refers to pork as an unclean meat. In other words, Its a meat that people should avoid for health reasons.
