Does anyone know when the no-period birth control pill Lybrel is coming out? I already searched it, and I haven't found anything. I was wondering if there are any doctors or pharmacists here that might have heard. I know you can skip a period with regular birth control pills by skipping the last week, but my insurance won't cover that.

Seasonale is a 3 month birth control pill, and it is already being marketed.

If you dont have a problem with hormones you could try the Nuvaring. You are supposed to leave it in for 3 weeks then take it out one week (when you get your period) and then put it back in the following week. You can actually leave it in for 4 weeks and then put in another ring and you will not have a period at all.
