Yes they are very real, but not the vampires you are thinking of.Hollywood managed to destroy real vampires images.Anyways there are 2 forms of real vampires.
1:Sanguinarians: Actual drinkers, are normal people in todays society, don't have "powers"
2:Psy vamps: Feed directly off of human emotion and psychic energy.

There is no evidence to suggest that they are. There are no vampires that have ever be studied by science.
There are, however, lots of people who claim they are vampires. I knew a guy in college like that. However, he was just a little insane and was desparate for attention. He could give no proof that he was a vampire other than that he said he knew he was one.
Remember this, there are people who claim to be aliens. There are people who claim to be werewolves. There are people who claim to be angels. There are people who claim to be gods. There is no lack of people claiming to be something supernatural. However, that does not present any evidence that there is anything supernatural existing.

No, vampires are not real, it all started with a fictional character named Dracula. Count Dracula was a real person, and his real name was Vlad Tepes, or Vlad the Impaler. He really was born in Transylvania, but he was not a vampire.
