Your breath has moisture in it.

your breath contains water vapor which condenses on the mirror. This presumes the the mirror is colder than your body temperature. A mirror warmer than your breath will not get wet.

We all have moisture in our breath. A mirror is cooler than your breath, so the water vapor in your breath condenses on the mirror's surface. If you breath on a warm mirror, this won't happen.
