I think it is something like 20% chance if you get the timing right. It is not very high for something that you think should be so easy. Good luck!

Probability is really high IF you pinpoint the exact day you ovulate.
An OPK result tells you you're about to ovulate, which helps but isn't good enough.
A rise in BBT followed by fairly increased temp for at least 3 days after the spike in temp tells you that you have already ovulated.
If you follow OPK along with other signs, coordinate them together, then you can increase the probability.

You have a higher probability of getting pregnant on your fertile days.

If things are all ok with the both of you then I would say the chances are very good for getting pregnant. This is precisely the right time for conceiving.
