Just curious since my boss relized today he didn'y show up a few weeks ago?

The judge will eventually get around to issuing an arrest warrant. The dude best get his rear down to the courthouse and do some fast explaining if he wants to keep that rear out of the pokey!

You can be cited for contempt. If you don't have a good reason, a judge could order jail time.
