try raising the temperature and changing the diet, if you have not been feeding him live food then now is the time to start, try earth worms and small feeder fish.

He is probably full. I have a red eared slider. He's about 4 inches long and wide. I fed him a whole 3 in worm once. He ate it fine, but for the next 2 weeks, he didn't eat at all. After that he went back to his normal eating routine.

Most common reasons:

Too cold- aim for water temps between 75-80F

Wrong foods- see the links for the right food

Wrong cares- make sure you have the right space, lighting, etc.
