What are the dresses called that have a long open v on the front of the dress? It shows a little bit of the breasts on both sides and it looks like you need double stick tape to hold them down?

They are usually referred to as a plunging V-neck dress. Sometimes they can also be classified as halter dresses, depending on the cut of the rest of the dress.
