Try an apple, a tangerine, kiwi or some pineapple slices. Fresh fruit is good for you and the sugar it contains much healthier than anything with refined (white) cane or beet sugar in it.
Sure, there are calories in fruit but they're not empty like those in candy or chips.
By the way, did you know that a little bit of chocolate is actually beneficial?
