This is is something that I thought up a few seconds ago, because I was bored. How do places like Walmart and Petco get the fish that they sell?Do they catch them?Do they hatch them, and if so do they catch the fish that lay the eggs?
My other question is have your fish ever played tag?2 of my fish play tag with each other.....they run around in circles till they tag the other fish, then, the other fish tries 2 tag the other fish.

1) Fish stores can get their fish from a number of sources (I work at one). Places like WalMart, as well as a lot of other fish stores get their fish primarily from suppliers - who get them from different breeders. Here's a website of a common supplier that gives some info on their operations (you just can't access the "Pet Shops Only" portion used by stores for ordering): http://www.segrestfarms.com/about.ihtml Better quality pet stores also get fish from local breeders and hobbyists - this reduces the amount of shipping (and associated stress) the fish have to endure, plus it encourages interest in the aquarium hobby and fish breeding if there's an outlet for your excess fry. Some stores might pay cash for the fish, but most will give store credit - so you can get an equivalent value of your fish in food or equipment.
I've had goldfish that seemed to play tag, and a few schooling tropicals as well.

Pet stores get their fish from a combination of breeders and suppliers. Suppliers will go to the source for fish, often hiring local villagers when possible. Some fish are easily breed in captivity while others are only caught in the wild. A basic fish book generally will point that out on a per species basis. Also note that not all fish lay eggs, some are live bearing breeders.
For the second part of your question, the fish are not playing a game of tag in the sense that a person would play tag. The fish are likely fighting for territory or mating with other fish in the tank. I'd recommend keeping an eye on them while they feed to ensure both are getting enough food. I had a marine fish (Undulated Trigger) that managed to both directly kill other fish in the tank and it also prevented other fish from eating and they eventually died. Fish don't play games like tag.

They buy them from breeders, who breed and hatch the fish themselves. Wal-Mart fish tend to be very sickly.
It sounds like your fish are picking on each other and fighting, not playing. Unless they're a male and female of the same species, in which case they might be engaging in naughty fish activities.

Petstores buy their fish from breeders, the breeders breed the fish and then sell the babies to pet stores.
My schoolers chase each other. Schooling fish tend to chase each other to keep everyone in a school.

You can ship fish given you have enough water/air and a fast enough delivery speed. I can guarantee you walmart is not breeding their own fish in the store you buy them at!
