It sounds like a sexual innuendo.
My understanding is that the man is going to take the girls virginity.

I think the 27 year old guy is trying to find someone who can make him feel like a big man with all this knowledge. Sad that he had to choose an innocent girl who is under age. He should be dating women who already know how to be a woman and leave the little girls alone. It seems he has the need to teach someone something and he wants it to be someone who doesn't know much so he can impress her.

In general it can have various meanings (depending on the situation). But I'm pretty sure that this guy was only referring to one of those meanings, which is the sexual sense. So if a person thinks that someone's gender is only defined by their sexuality then that person is very shallow and very limited.
Gender is gender. You can be a woman biologically, genetically, physically but not necessarily emotionally, too. So the features of a man and a man ARE NOT PINNED DOWN. They VARY GREATLY from person to person and most of the time gender has no influence over someone's personality. That's exactly why gender shouldn't be so accentuated.
'I'm going to teach you how to become a woman/man.' or 'You're going to become a woman/man' are shallow and usually unreasonable statements because no one knows what being a man or being a woman means. GENDER ROLES are STEREOTYPES and people shouldn't be judged according to them.
So the only thing this guy's affirmation tells me is that he thinks he is superior to her just because of his age and his experience.

Such a statement from a man to a young woman, makes me very uneasy about what he is implying. If there is no physical act to follow the words, then nothing can really be done, because the words themselves don't 'really' imply harm, violence or sexual assualt. The harm and threat is implied merely by the context of the info supplied (the age difference btwn them).

How'd I know the first guy would claim "molestation". Maybe the man is teaching her some etiquette or ways to be the fabled "classy" woman instead of a hoochie like most 15 year old girls these days.
He could be a molester, too. Who knows.

I've got to know the context first.
Still.... even
if it were sexual,
and the guy
intends to sleep with her
or something...
I'd hate to break it to
you guys but over here in Singapore,
the legal age is 16.
And I hear that in Canada,
it's 14.
So.... yeah.
Ok.
Time for breakfast.
