It's the way you feel. While feeling this way is not wrong (each person hopefully feels something), becoming aggressive, abusive or threatening is wrong. You would not want someone attacking you because you attended a church or synagoge, or walked with your BF down the street. Our individual feelings towards anything, be it same sex couples or fois gras, are just that, individual feelings. Believe it or not, there is a difference between disapproval of something and phobic behavior which results in threats, assualts, taunts or other borish behavior. Since everyone is an individual, everyone is going to have a differnent set of behaviors which they classify as good or bad. Thus our individual definitions of right and wrong.
There is also the gray area where things are not completely right, but they are also not wrong. Most people and actions tend to fall into that gray area while most phobes tend to want things to be either black or white, one way or the other, right or wrong and no middle ground. Without a middle ground, politics would never get anything done.

This may be an unpopular answer, but I don't think it's wrong to be a homophobe. You can be phobic of whatever you want, and most of the time you have no comtrol over it.
However, this does not give you license to be prejudiced or bigoted towards homosexuals. It seems that you're saying that you feel this way, and can't control it, but you have decided to live and let live. If this is the case, then good for you... you have not allowed your personal feelings to cloud your judgement.

You bet'cha!
You really need to get over your fear of the unknown. Eventually you'll have to see me!
Do you get "sick" when you see an African-American couple? How about an Asian-American couple? What about a Native American couple? A Jewish couple? A Muslim couple? How about an elderly Caucasian couple or handicapped couple?
No?
So why do you draw the line with Gay/Lesbian couples?
Is it that you secretly are more curious than you expected you'ld be? Is it that you're afraid that if you see them kissing you'll catch it? Are you one of those?
Look, you know it's wrong to hate any group of people just because they're different, right?
Or were you raised under some pseudo-Christian sect that taught you hating and judging people you don't know and/or don't understand is perfectly acceptable?
I say "pseudo-Christian" because hating and judging are NOT Christian values.
Just a friendly reminder

I don't think it's wrong to find same sex couple a little gross.
If you were raised to believe that it is not a normal relationship.
I also believe that no matter what you feel you always should respect others. You should treat people the way you want to be treated.Never force your opinions on anyone. We all have a right to accept or not accept what we want.Yet we don't have a right to harm others.

What you are feeling is psychologically induced and probably has been created from cultural stigmatization of homosexuals.
Basically you're feeling the effects of cultural brainwashing. So unless you enjoy being physically ill at the sight of gay couples then perhaps you should either on your own learn to live with the fact that gay people exist, and there's nothing you can do about it, or seek professional help.

you have a right to your own opinion but you really should be more accepting of the differences of others as that helps you grow as a person; if you want to be a homophobe fine just don't show how much of a one you are in public by calling them names or anything else when they don't do anything to hurt you.

it is wrong to put your feelings on to someone else? Yes it is, because at the end of the day, are you really sitting around your living room ranting and raving about the gay couples that you have seen? Ummm no, your in your bedroom slobbin your boyfriends knob, and believe me, at the end of the day I am not thinking about that! I dont think so...I mean how would you feel if us gay people were walking around saying " Ewww look at those hetero...I freakin hate them" ....you are entitled to feel any way that you want, but dont do it on someone elses espense.....treat people how you want to be treated.....RESPECTFULLY!!

You can have any thoughts or beliefs you want. Just keep them to yourself.
If you air anti-LGBT bigotry and hatred in a public forum, it becomes hate speech and can be prosecuted as such. Note that hate speech is NOT covered by the Constitution, since its sole intent is to harm others, and has been shown to foment anti-LGBT violence.
Perhaps the reason for laws like these is that society doesn't innocent children to be corrupted by discrimination and hatred.

Well, you have a right to feel what you feel, but don't let it drive you to fear. There's alot of things I don't like but I just recognize that everyone has their own life to live, doesnt matter if I agree or not.
