Yes well sex is meant to be good because apparrantly there is more prostaglandin in sperm than the pessaries sometimes used to start you off! Also orgasm makes your womb contract! Stimulating your nipples releases oxytocin which also makes you contract although you might feel a bit stupid doing it! When my sister was pregnant we read about borage oil sometimes known as starflower oil. We got some and she used an oral syringe to squirt a little bit next to her cervix. She had a show within a couple of hours and went into labour that night. You can read about it on the internet but I can't remember what sight it was on because my sister had her little girl last year. Good luck and hope you have your baby soon! I've got 5 and I remember so well that feeling of thinking it's never going to happen!

SEX!!! I had sex and went into labor with my daughter!!! My doctor told me not to bother walking as I would just get tired. She told me to try sex because the sperm has something to make you start contracting. Well it worked. I started having contractions that night and my water broke the next day and had a baby girl!!

i know it may be difficult right now but try to stay as active as you can. take walks,continue with your day as best you can. if your up to it, go bowling.the exercise is good for you. my gf was in the same position you are. we took her bowling and she went into labor the next day. hey, it's worth a shot. just be carefull and if you start feeling as if it's too much, stop.

A whole lotta sex, a lot of walking, a lot of water. I know sex may not seem too inviting right now, but hey, if you want to feel any bit of good right now, go for it!

SEX!!! I swear by it...the semen has prostaglandin hormones which will help to naturally induce labor

long walks, or I tried bowling, but eventually while I was taking my daughter trick or treating is when it happened so the walking
